Polyester is a very versatile fabric, with many advantages and applications – it is durable<\/strong>, lightweight<\/strong>, dries quickly<\/strong>, and can be used for almost any type of clothing<\/strong>. It has many disadvantages, it is not as comfortable and breathable as cotton, it is not recyclable, and the resources used to produce it are non-renewable.<\/p>\n

Recycled polyester addresses one of these disadvantages, making it possible to reduce the environmental impact of the resources used by recycling plastics<\/strong> that have already been used.<\/p>\n

Polyamide is also a synthetic fiber and, as such, has the disadvantage of contributing to waste accumulation. The fact that it is biodegradable eliminates this downside associated with synthetics<\/strong> and, depending on the type of polyamide used, it can even be converted into energy at the end of its useful life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
