Herminia Macieira has been working in the textile sector since 1985.
Her deep knowledge in the textile and clothing sector allowed the company Herminia & José Macieira, founded in 2001, to quickly become a reference in the market, offering quality products to its mostly European clients.
On 15 October 2020 Herminia Macieira founded Performance By HM, a company that combines the professional background of its founder, with more than two decades of experience in the sector, with a commitment to the constant enrichment of its human and material resources.
It is a prerogative of Performance By HM to remain aware of the importance and impact that the Textile and Clothing Industry has on the national economy, as well as of the responsibility it undertakes before its clients and partners.
The company operates mostly in the textile sector, with a focus on the procurement and trading of textile products, clothing and footwear.
Honesty, transparency, proximity and mutual help are some of the attributes that characterise Herminia Macieira, and which strengthen the relationships she establishes with her partners.
The company is currently preparing its quality system’s certification process according to international quality standard ISO 9001:2015.
